Sicilian Spinach Dip
This low-fat, one-step dip may be served with your favourite cracker selection, as a nutritious snack or hors d'oeuvres.

Bartlett Farms frozen chopped spinach, thawed overnight in the refridgerator.

Flaked white tuna.

Marinated artichokes

Light sour cream

Low fat plain yogurt

Preparation
Step 1

Drain and squeeze the spinach to remove the excess liquid. The spinach may also be defrosted in a microwave oven. In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine the tuna, artichokes, sour cream, yogurt, red pepper, onion powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg. Pulse until lightly chopped. Add drained spinach and process just to blend evenly, season the mixture with salt to taste. Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
Yield: 750 ml (3cups)
